  1. Are your products tested on animals?
    No, Modern Skin Care does not test products on animals and will never condone any animal testing for any of our products.
  2. Does Striae-Eraze really work?
    Yes, we have sourced the most innovative and clinically researched skin care ingredients on the market to formulate Striae-Eraze. Our formulation contains active ingredients backed by clinical research and trials which have proven their efficiency in targeting skin care concerns.
  3. How soon can I expect to see results?
    With regular use of Striae-Eraze as directed, for most consumers a noticeable improvements will be seen in approximately 2-4 weeks.

    No. Our products are paraben-free.
  2. If I stop using the product will the improvements in my skin reverse?
    No. The improvements in skin texture and appearance gained by using Striae-Eraze will remain, but continued use is suggested to maintain optimal results.
  3. Will Striae-Eraze trigger a rash or breakout?
    We've received no complaints to date, but bear in mind that everyone's different. If you have sensitive skin we recommend you test a small amount on your arm or belly skin prior to full application.
  1. Is it safe to use when pregnant or nursing?
    If you are pregnant or nursing, we recommend to consult your physician prior to use. As there are two essential oils used in the formulation, and essential oils are generally avoided during pregnancy we recommend avoiding using the product during pregnancy.
  2. What is the shelf-life of your product?
    Striae-Eraze has a shelf-life of 2 years. The Period After Opening (PAO) ranges from 6-24 months, depending on how the product is stored. We do not recommend placing products in the refrigerator.
  3. Will Striae-Eraze work on old stretch marks?
    Yes*. While newer stretch marks tend to be red in color, older stretch marks tend to be silver/white, with less contrast to the surrounding skin. Accordingly, older stretch marks respond quite well as they blend more easily into the surrounding tissue during ongoing treatment.
  1. How long will a 200g jar of the product last?
    A 200g jar of Striae-Eraze will last approximately 4-8 weeks, depending on the size of the area being treated, when used twice daily as directed.

    Yes. Modern Skin Care stands behind the quality and effectiveness of its products with a 100% 60 day guarantee. If you are unhappy with your product, we will promptly issue you a refund or exchange an unsatisfactory product with another.
  3. Can all skin types and colors use Striae-Eraze?
    Yes. Striae-Eraze is effective on all skin types and complexions, both light and dark.

  1. Do you offer free samples?
    Modern Skin Care provides free samples of Striae-Eraze via selected retailers and skin clinics, as well as running sampling campaigns through Bounty Bags' "New Mother" bag's distribution via hospitals.
  2. Do you accept International Orders?
    Yes. Modern Skin Care welcomes orders from around the world and ships to over 130 countries. To place an International order: during the checkout process select your country from the drop-down list. If your country does not appear, we are unable to ship to that location at this time.
  3. How do I track delivery of my order?
    Upon successfully placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your product ships, an email will be sent and if your order is trackable, it will contain a tracking number.

  2. When will my order ship?
    You will receive a notification via e-mail when your order ships. Most orders are shipped within a 24-48 hour time-frame depending on the method of shipping you choose.
